Getting started
Create an account
Go to app.burac.ai and sign up with Google, or with your name, email address and a password. Use the email address attached to your Google Business Profile for the smoothest setup.
You will get a verification email. Click the link inside to unlock the dashboard; until then automations stay locked. The link expires after 24 hours, and if it is not in your inbox, check spam.
Connect Google
UpSeen connects to your Google Business Profile to publish posts, manage reviews and upload photos on your behalf. In the sidebar open Businesses and choose Connect Google. You are sent to Google's consent screen: sign in with the account that manages your listing and grant the permissions. That account must be an Owner or Manager of the profile; if it is not, ask the primary owner to add you.
Add a business
Back in the dashboard, UpSeen lists every location tied to that Google account. Pick the ones to manage and UpSeen imports the name, address, phone, website and category. The business then appears in the selector at the top of the page; switch between locations there. Each location you add is one location on your plan.
Set your keywords
On the business page, add the search terms you want to rank for. Heatmaps, competitor tracking and profile optimization all work from this list, so set it before turning the automations on.
Dashboard
The home screen is a quick read on one business:
- An automation bar showing which automations are on. The more you enable, the higher the score.
- The latest Google reviews, each with its sentiment.
- The most recent published or pending posts.
- How many photos were uploaded, captioned and geotagged this month.
- A snapshot of views, calls and direction requests for the current period.
Automations
Posting
UpSeen writes Google Business posts, generates an image for each, and publishes them on a schedule. Let UpSeen choose the cadence from what your competitors are doing, or pick a fixed number of days between posts. You can also generate a post right now, or give UpSeen a topic and let it write from that. Five-star reviews can be turned into posts on their own monthly schedule.
Photos
Upload photos and UpSeen does the rest: an AI caption and alt text so Google understands what the image shows, your business's GPS coordinates written into the file as a local signal, and publishing on the schedule you set. Photos already in your library when you switch this on are left alone; only new uploads are processed.
Reviews
UpSeen watches your reviews around the clock. Each new review is read, tagged with its sentiment and topic, and answered in your tone, on its own. Edit or remove any reply after from the Reviews page, or switch replies off under Automation. Reviews that break Google's policy are flagged instead of answered and a removal request is filed.
Profile optimization and Q&A
From your keywords and the top search terms in your area, UpSeen proposes a new business description and services list and writes them to the listing. Questions and answers on your listing are generated from your website and kept current.
Alerts and reports
A weekly email tells you where you stand on reviews, photos and posts against your competitors. A monthly report sums up the month, and the Reports page shows views, searches, calls, website clicks and direction requests for any period.
Settings
Profile
Your name, email address and password, a profile picture, and the platform name shown in the sidebar and in emails.
Integrations
Your API key lives here. Copy it into your CRM, point of sale or booking system to send UpSeen review requests and sales, or connect the UpSeen app on Zapier. Keep the key private: it can send messages on your behalf. See the API docs.
Managers
Invite team members by name and email and assign them to one or more locations. They get their own login and can manage their locations, upload photos and adjust automations. They cannot change billing or account settings.
White label
Replace UpSeen's branding with your own: platform name, logo, a custom domain such as app.yourbrand.com (add the DNS records UpSeen shows you; propagation can take up to 48 hours), and a custom sender so review requests, reports and notifications go out from your own email address (SPF and DKIM records, verified once).
Plans and billing
Every account starts with 7 days of everything, free. After that it is one price per location, everything included, billed monthly through Stripe. Open Settings › Billing to add or update a card, see every charge, or cancel. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of the current period. If a payment fails, a banner appears across the dashboard until the card is updated.
